Features: The airless sprayer is prone to breakage under the half sleeve ring, which seals the upper half of the lubricating oil and protects the upper and lower half rings simultaneously. The lower half ring deteriorates quickly. Before replacing the seals, lubricate the two leather rings with oil and allow them to fully absorb the oil for increased durability. Transformer oil can be directly used as a replacement for the original machine oil.
Notes: When replacing the seals, be sure to check the cylinder liner (If the inner wall of the cylinder liner is severely damaged, it needs to be replaced). If the cylinder liner is strained, simply replacing the ring is only a temporary solution. In this case, the cylinder must be replaced to properly fit the new seal for prolonged effectiveness. During installation, remember to lubricate the rod tip and the space around the ring with oil to facilitate easy and efficient installation.
