Descriptions: The sprayer is susceptible to breaking under the half sleeve ring, causing the upper half to seal the lubricating oil due to the protection of both the upper and lower half rings simultaneously. The lower half ring deteriorates quickly as a result. Before replacing the seals, lubricate the two leather rings with oil, allowing them to fully absorb the oil for increased durability. Transformer oil can be used as a direct replacement for the original machine oil.

Notes: When replacing the seals, be sure to check the cylinder liner. If the inner wall of the cylinder liner is seriously damaged, the liner must be replaced. If the cylinder liner is stretched, a new ring should be put in place, but it may not last long before needing replacement. It is necessary to replace the cylinder and fit the new seal in order to prolong its lifespan. During installation, ensure that the rod tip and the ring are both lubricated, making the installation process easier and more effective.
